Kristi Kono has lived in Oregon all of her life. She cut her teeth in the fashion industry by working for 20 years as a retail buyer for a large department store. Knowing she wanted to further her path in the industry, Kristi attended the Aveda Institute of Portland and shortly thereafter became a promising stylist. In 2010 Kristi joined the Annastasia Salon team and today she is at the top of her game. In addition to her devout client following, Kristi is our new Lake Oswego Location Director. She is a crucial part of the Salon family.

She loves making people feel good. “Giving someone the ability to sit for an hour or two, doing nothing but self-care fills my cup,” says Kristi. She specializes in dimensional color. She enjoys doing highlights, lowlights, bright, light, subtle, a little, or a lot… really anything that will make her guest feel amazing! Kristi has that rare balance between a professional fashionista who really knows her stuff and a big-hearted down to earth human whom you want to spend time with.
