Jess Way fell in love with hair about two days into school and has never looked back. She says, “I love everything about it; how much it means to the person, how much confidence it can give you, how much fun it is to work everyday and not feel like you’re working a day in your life. Jessica specializes in balayage and vivids. She is always ready for a good project, and has the most fun putting her creativity to work. We are proud to be a part of someone’s dream career.
